  • If for any reason the order was sent to a wrong address or any other related  error, we will pay for the shipping cost to be resent or you may receive a full refund, contact us for further information immediately.
  • If during the transaction, the buyer inputs a wrong address, or does not add all the complete details such as, apartment number or suite, resulting in the  order being sent to a wrong location, the buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping cost for the product(s) to be dispatched again or receive a refund which will have a discounted charge of 15% restocking fee, over the value of the product; the buyer will only be subject for reshipping or a partial refund, once the original packaged has been retrieved.
