Refund policy

OVERVIEW

  • We have a free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return requested after 30 days, shall not be accepted.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
  • To start a return, visit our 'returns' page by using the following link. Once the return has been accepted, you shall automatically receive a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Hassle Free Return Policy 

  • We accept free returns within 30 days from the date item(s) are received. Item(s) must be returned unused and unopened as well as contain all original packaging to receive a full refund or be eligible for an exchange. You will NOT receive a refund or be eligible for an exchange if the product(s) is/are OPEN/USED or does not have all original packaging. 
  • Please note, that if you have used the item, but do not like the end result, we do not cover returns under these circumstances due to there being, but no limited to:
    • Differences between personal hair characteristics & skin complexion that may affect the end result.
    • Our branded beauty products are for professional use. 
  • However, in this case, even though we do not accept returns, you may be eligible for a partial refund instead. 

    Damages and issues

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right via exchange, a refund or store credit.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, shipped, delivered & inspected, you shall be eligible for an exchange if the buyer chooses so. 

    Refunds

    • If we receive the item(s) and you decide to take the option of a refund, we will examine and test the returned product(s) to verify the state of the items. If we have not found anything wrong with the retuned item(s), we will process and refund your original payment method, which may take 2-3 business days to be reflected.
