Our cationic complex “self -corrects” by working with heat and bonds with hair to fill in gaps caused by damage while our Pure Protein Blend enriched with white tea + chamomile prevents static electricity. PCS Technology penetrates deep to nourish, strengthen and smooth, giving hair a soft, moisturized sheen. The 450° of thermal defense works with heat to smooth hair at each layer making it easier to style from start to finish.To activate spray pattern, prime with 10-15 pumps prior to use. - If for any reason the order was sent to a wrong address or any other related error, we will pay for the shipping cost to be resent or you may receive a full refund, contact us for further information immediately.
- If during the transaction, the buyer inputs a wrong address, or does not add all the complete details such as, apartment number or suite, resulting in the order being sent to a wrong location, the buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping cost for the product(s) to be dispatched again or receive a refund which will have a discounted charge of 15% restocking fee, over the value of the product; the buyer will only be subject for reshipping or a partial refund, once the original packaged has been retrieved.
- Orders may be cancelled within a 24 hour time frame. Once the 24 time frame has concluded, no orders may be cancelled due to processing.
- If an order has been shipped, no cancellation will be permitted until the order has reached its destination. However, once the item has arrived to the final location, we may proceed with a return process.
